Plastic Free?

Quick question for anyone who knows, where do plastic free cosmetic shops get their ingredients? Are their suppliers using plastic? I have bee trying to find ways to make my own supplies at home but, I can't find certain ingredients, such as beeswax, that aren't in plastic wrapping. If you happen to know where to find ingredients that are truly plastic free or if plastic free cosmetic shops are actually plastic free comment below.
